Read Me - Just a quick video on knife opening speed. My CRKT Desert Bigdog is pretty quick to open, so I shot video of it in real time, and 300 frames per second, and then 600 frames per second. the funny thing is even the slow motion video looks pretty quick.. lol
Note on the lighting and why the High Speed is so dark. High speed video requires very very bright lighting. In this video I have 1,250 watts of light directly on me, so it's VERY bright (the normal speed video was only 250 watts), and even if I would have used 2, 250 watts it still would be a dark video. thats the problem with shooting indoor high speed, and why most high speed is shot with outdoor lighting (very bright day, and still a little dark)
