After approving major projects that will have “adverse” effects on wildlife in Ontario, Environment Minister Julie Dabrusin has now announced money for communities to adapt to the climate crisis.

APTN’s Angel Moore asked her how much environmental harm she will tolerate.

When the minister did not answer the question, Angel wasn’t leaving it there. She again asked, how severe do environmental impacts need to be before a project is rejected?

The minister said it’s impossible to identify where that red line would be drawn.
