We start off in Wellington.
We talk about where Wellington is and why it is so windy. This leads us in to showing how Wellington uses the wind as a resource. We take a trip to the Wind Turbine Farms and explain how they work and bring electricity to our homes. Students get to research and learn the technical names for the wind turbine parts, then have a go at creating their own wind turbine.
