I tend to have some difficulty finding doors whenever I step out and commute to a location. Unless I know the location well, I might be wandering around a bit with my Maps app telling me I’m close, but those last few feet are always tricky when having to use GPS. iOS 16 released a new accessibility feature called “Door Detection” which is available on iPhone 12 Pro, 13 Pro, and 14 Pro models. I’ve tried this out recently, and it works surprisingly well. It was able to detect not just doors, but any writing and address numbers that were at, or near the door.
