Meet Donna. She puts together microtargets – tiny structures for powerful lasers to strike during experiments.

Her work’s got to be eye-wateringly accurate. If the placement of a part is off by a hundredth of a millimetre, the experiment might not work.

Thankfully, she is one of the best in the world at what she does.
