Recipe:

Mix all paints 2 pts floetrol (or another pouring medium) to 1 pt paint by weight

Add 1 drop of silicone oil to at least 2 of your colors and mix it in

Don’t put silicone oil in the base.

Use heat to bring cells to surface.

Due to different materials and climates, the recipe might come out thicker or thinner than intended. If this doesn’t work, or the cells are really small, you need a little bit of water to make the paints a tad thinner. If the cells pop up really fast, grow and collapse, you’re too thin, and need to thicken the recipe slightly.
