How do two wheelchair users work out? 🤔

Apparently, the same way everyone else does... just with a few adaptations & perhaps more determination. 😎

Ryan is a retired Paralympian, and I'm still working on rebuilding my strength after having triplets, so finding workouts that work for both of us matters. We've been testing out the Yesoul rowing machine and having a lot of fun with it.
