How do the British make Wine? With imported German engineered kit!

Vigo have made a variety of professional grade equipment. The Kit demonstrated is a 40L Hydraulic press operated with a hose pipe and can reach 3 Bar of pressure which is enough to press chopped up fruit. To chop it up into a fine melange I also bought a Spiedel Mill designed to process around 1,000 kilograms (or about 2,200 pounds) of fruit per hour.
