Georgina is a climate change scientist who studies the Earth's ozone layer. She uses satellites to monitor and measure ozone by observing how light passes through it. Crucial to Georgina's work is an understanding of how light interacts with matter - how it is scattered and absorbed by different gases as it passes through our atmosphere.
