Fauquier ENT | How do Reflux Medications Work (Proton Pump Inhibitors, H2 Blockers, Alginates) @fauquierent | Uploaded 1 year ago | Updated 3 minutes ago
Reflux medications are often taken to control acid reflux, a very common medical problem. Two of the most common reflux control medications include H2 Blockers like pepcid as well as Proton Pump Inhibitors like prilosec. To understand how these medications work, this video will discuss how these drugs operate at the cellular level to stop acid reflux from happening. Also discussed is alginate therapy, an alternative and safer reflux treatment for long-term reflux control.

This video was sponsored by RefluxRaft (Dr. James Daniero), an all natural alginate therapy for long-term reflux control! https://www.RefluxRaft.com
