We talk about mentoring, networking, feedback, and how to reach out to your manager and how to create a plan for advancing from junior to senior. We also talk how the bigger salary is nice, but there are also some ugly about advancing to senior developer and how to find out what that is.

Since 2015, Fun Fun Function (FFF) is one of the longest running weekly YouTube shows on programming 🏅 thanks to its consistency and quality reaching 200,000+ developers.
