In my video yesterday I wanted to show how impactful the enchantment system can be, and I was met with a lot of feedback about how I was ignoring the diminishing returns system.
The diminishing returns system does matter when evaluating a build, but when we all collectively reach the point where it kicks in varies...and even though that is the case it doesn't mean all builds with the same physical power are equal.
The new system is not perfect and it has made a lot of pve a lot easier on the first iteration...but now it makes gear choices and specialization a lot less intuitive and more unique, which is better overall. In this video I dive into a few of those examples and show why I think it's better.
