We know very little about how Dinosaurs slept. Very few finds of ancient lizards that died in their sleep have been made. In 2004 and 2012, the remains of 2 dinosaurs were found in China. Both dinosaurs died in a position similar to that in which modern birds sleep - their head was folded over their forelimbs, and their tail was wrapped around the body. In 2006, the bodies of 3 oviraptors were found in Mongolia, believed to have died in their sleep. They were closely pressed to each other, and their posture resembled that in which ostriches sleep. Scientists admit that the Tirex could sleep on its side, as elephants or rhinos do. But because of the small hands, he most likely experienced some difficulty getting up.
