Today I’m doing a blind tasting of five rums made at Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados that are all the same rum except for the fact that they were each finished in different casks for a year by Rolling Fork Spirits out in Indiana. I want to see how different the flavor profiles of these rums are thanks to the cask finishing. The base rum for all five of the samples is the same 8 year Pot and Column rum blend from Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados.
