This is going to make a lot of dealer techs butt hurt, but when I see this “I don’t know, so I don’t care just send it down the road” attitude from the Ford dealer it blows my mind. After this past week of dealing with dealership incompetency at all levels and even up to the Ford corporate level on other unrelated issues, I am done! Note, I am not saying all dealer techs or personal are like this but I and others see this way too often unfortunately.
