Exactly two years after the launch of CFM's collaboration with Airbus to test the Open Fan architecture on an #A380 demonstrator, Pierre Cottenceau, VP Engineering and R&T at Safran Aircraft Engines, Frank Haselbach, SVP Head of Propulsion Engineering at Airbus and Mohamed Ali, Senior VP of Engineering at GE Aerospace, met again at #FAS2024 to discuss the progress of the #CFMRISE Open Fan test plan on the way to flight demonstration later this decade.
