Small businesses are the backbone of the U.S. economy, creating two-thirds of new jobs and accounting for nearly half of our economic activity. Although new business creation has seen a historic boom this decade; unfortunately, half of all small businesses will fail within their first five years. What is needed to ensure that these businesses not only survive but thrive?
