How big is the map in RuneScape? Let's walk across the map to find out. This MMORPG started in 2001. There's also an Old School RuneScape, this game has a top-down view and was released in 2013. And there's a new RuneScape, called RuneScape Dragonwilds, this game was released in april 2025. The RuneScape of this video is free to play, but then you don't get all areas. To get the full game world, you will have to be a member, more like a member of these areas. This means you have to pay a certain amount of money each month. I walk across the part of the map that is for players who don't want to be a member. So the game world you see in this video is the big area you can go to when you don't pay. When I would pay and walk across the entire game world, including the membership areas, then this video would be twice as long.
To walk in this game you have to click with your mouse on the place you want to go to. So you can't walk or run by just pressing the W or forward key like in many other games.
I have some framerate issues while playing this game. Even in the lowest video options they are there. So I choose the ultra highest video settings. Because the framerate issues will be there, no matter what.
