MOST BEGINNERS QUIT BECAUSE THEY PICK THE WRONG LESSONS
If you’re just starting to sing, the type of lessons you choose matters more than how hard you practice.
Many beginners jump into YouTube videos, random exercises, or expensive lessons without a clear plan—then wonder why nothing improves. Worse, they build bad habits without realizing it.
In this video, I break down every major singing lesson option for beginners—private lessons, online coaching, choirs, courses, and YouTube—and show you exactly who each one is actually for.
You’ll also learn the hybrid method I’ve found to be the most cost-effective and confidence-friendly approach for beginners: structure plus feedback, without overwhelm.
By the end of this video, you’ll know:
• Which singing lessons are best for your budget and schedule
• Why beginners often stall with YouTube alone
• How to avoid wasting months practicing the wrong way
• The fastest, safest path to real vocal improvement
👉 Don’t forget to LIKE, SHARE, COMMENT, and SUBSCRIBE for more beginner-friendly singing guidance, routines, and vocal clarity.

![Yawning Slides - Vocal Warm Up Exercise
Let’s do some yawning slides to increase the flexibility in your voice! Start at the top of your range and slide down as slowly and quietly as possible. Open up nice and wide like youre yawning, which will help loosen up your neck and keep everything nice and relaxed. Sometimes, your tongue might do weird things—try to keep it right behind your bottom teeth as you slide down to smooth out any breaks. If this exercise makes you yawn, thats great! It loosens up the wrong muscles used in singing.
