Five years ago, I was asked by the owner of this 2009 Journey to evaluate and ultimately replace the roof on this Winnebago that was peeling and delaminating from a very poor factory build by Winnebago. While the crew at Cassone's RV and I did an incredible amount of extra work too, this was also the first of a long line of growning problematic Winnebago roofs from 2010 onword. While we re-positioned a lot of seams in the luan decking so they would not land on the seams unlike Winnebago, it is also before we stiched all the foam panels together and filled all the wire runs with expanding foam and installing aluminum truss supports, because that would be a lot of extra work and cost. So imagine the dread reading an email from the owner asking if I would inspect the roof.

Much to my joy, upon inspection, I was happy to see the roof still strong and holding and just needing the rail/gutter resealed on the driver side. While I still recommend Geocel Proflex for this job, Ron the RV Roofman @TheRvRoofMan may have some suggestions too:
