What may look like procrastination or inconsistency is often a nervous system asking for alignment, not forcing productivity. Honoring authenticity can reduce overwhelm, support emotional regulation, and make it easier to follow through in a way that feels sustainable. Every autistic individual has different needs, and giving yourself permission to work in ways that reflect who you are is a form of self support, not a weakness.
