How does an Aimbot work?
At its core, an aimbot consists of three main components
Angle Calculation
Target Selection
Adjusting the View Angles
As we progress through this aim bot tutorial, we will be breaking down each concept into something digestible.
Angle Calculation
The foundation of any aim bot lies in its ability to calculate the angle between the player's current view direction and the target's direction. This is done through a series of trigonometric calculations, all done by the CalcAngle function.

The CalcAngle function
The CalcAngle function relies on two key mathematical concepts: the arctangent (atan2) and the arcsine (asin). These functions are used to calculate the yaw and pitch angles, respectively. By using these formulas, the function is able to precisely determine the pitch and yaw required to aim at the target from the player's position. This is the foundation of every aimbot, and understanding it is key for adapting what you learn in this aim bot tutorial to different games and scenarios. The theory behind these formulas is explained in great detail in the Aimbot Math Explained article.
