This tank simulator released in 1999. It was developed by Novalogic, the team behind the Delta Force series and a handful of flight sims.

Not sure what I expected from a ValuSoft published game but at least my nostalgia didnt blind me too much.
Some of the Prison Tycoon games are on Steam but as of writing the original one isnt.
I hope to never play this trash again....but knowing me Ill probably torture myself with it again some day.
