A tour of my new-build home that I bought off plan over a year before getting the keys.
It's a two bedroomed semi-detached home in England - so I share one wall with my next door neighbour. In the UK we generally have smaller houses than those found in Belgium, France, the United States... most other countries, really! However, this suits a minimalist lifestyle very well.
If you are buying a New Build, especially if you're buying off plan, I give you a couple of hints and tips about the process, and things to be wary of from misleading brochure pictures to triple checking the options list.
Apologies for the excessive noise and the poor audio quality, but this was my third attempt after realising that my decent camera has dust on the sensor, which is very very obvious when looking at footage of a mostly white interior!
