Wanted to create this video to showcase how long process the renovation job is afterall in this game. I shot approx 3 hours worth of footage in the end, which was then sped up by 4x (3x on the cleaning part, normal speed before that). I noticed couple mistakes from the video that I didn't notice on the game, the floor tiles in the sauna ended up being wrong after I installed the ones on the bathroom. Also, one paintjob mistake in one of the kitchen window frames. Aaaand I did couple editing mistakes, I'm learning all the time thou!
Main challenge for me was to find a house that was suitable for adding a sauna. Not many houses in the game can have that due the design of them (mainly because the window/outer door positions are the same/tricky on many houses), or they're just too small/have too much of thick walls in them. But as soon as I saw that extra toilet downstairs, I knew that I can have sauna on that instead. Fairly easy cleanup thou, this wasn't as bad as some other houses that I have come up with in the game.
