It's natural to look up to your idol, and want to be like them. However, most people's idol aren't usually a man that wore rubber animal masks while he went around killing Russians.

Obsessed with Jacket's massacre of the Russian Mafia from Hotline Miami, the Fans are trying to emulate the events from 1989 in order to get their own taste of the fame it brought Jacket.
