The 'Rosie' is a really popular look for those going for a retro feel to their style. I know there are already many MANY tutorials on how to achieve the look here on Youtube BUT I think I have found a really cool way of getting the look that is really easy and super effective.
Great style if your hair isn't doing what it's told - is inbetween washes or is really fuzzy.
No need for loads of products or time becausethe scarf hides A LOT of sins.
AWESOME for fancy dress parties too or just beilliant if you want to add something a little different to your everyday style
