I thought this was a cool glitch, so here it is. I'm not sure if this is possible on any other Challenge. The other two stunt Challenges can't have this same glitch happen, for some reason. Also, at the end, two menus overlap. The outcome after pressing Enter changes a lot, so I guess it has to do with what two options are selected, which there are 8 of. (1 * 4) + (1 * 4) = 8.

Looks like I ended up with 100% on this game! The only difference between simply beating the game and 100% is whether you unlock the secret cars, which is fine because the game is so short.
