A weird secret Armor Repair in Mission 9 in Hot Wheels Velocity X! It feels like it's been a while since any weird secrets have been discovered in this game. I stumbled upon this and thought it was really weird. Also, remember that Mission 9 is also home to another gadget spawning in a weird place, the secret Atom Blaster from this video a while back: youtube.com/watch?v=A7wacPcQPo8 Who knows, Mission 9 might be home to even more weird things.

It was late at night when I was speedrunning this and recording. I decided to try Jaded with Jet Boosters and it seemed like it would work better, which it finally did. Im NOT gonna rule out 5 seconds, because you just never know, with how glitching can be sometimes. If you got luckier than this, 5 seconds could be done I think.

I didnt do that cool strat for getting the key that I did in the previous record, instead I used HW Prototype 12 rather than Maelstrom, and just generally drove faster, along with getting a few of the gears differently in faster ways. For example, the gear hidden in the trees: I simply boosted up onto that area which saved some time, since I didnt do that in the previous record.
