Shaved off 7 seconds from my previous best yesterday. Played this one more safe, since crashing is always what ruins my runs. So there is some room for improvement, as far as being more aggressive with my stunts, but it's gonna be hard to beat 3:33 IGT.
I'm using the prepackaged exe from myabandonware, since previously I was playing off my scratched disk I had as a kid, that would take forever to load the FMV from the disk. This prepatched version that runs directly from hard drive is so much better!
I used Camtasia Studio 8 to record my screen, and opted to zoom in to 640x480 to make the races fullscreen. The results screen and championship screen continue flashing in the remaining area and it's very distracting, if the races aren't full screen.
