After Thoughts about the Video: This is a chemical reaction that permanently bonds the rubber molecules. The machine heats to 300F and the length of time depends on the thickness of the rubber. A paper thin bike tube will only need 3 minutes of "cooking" but you need to warm up to 300F first which can take 5-10minutes. So 10-15minutes total to be safe. You notice I left the dies on in the video which also increased my warm up time.
