Using horse and carriage as the sole means of moving goods and workers, in a city, and proving its viability with farming. No fuelled vehicles. No coaled trains. No trolleys or trams. Refusing to use a single litre of fuel.

Sowing AND harvesting entirely manually. Harvesting especially, only done via workers in the fields.
