May was horror month and we dove into the second annual Horror Mayhem reading event! This event was originally created by The Bookish Bryants and this is my wrap up of reading (gothic) horror fiction for the month.

In addition to #HorrorMayhem, @MichaelRomeoTalksBooks is running a 20th Century bookclub which, for the month of May, focused on horror novels of the 20th century. I chose Metamorphosis (1915) by Franz Kafka so that I could also take part.
