how it was in my imagination :
Morgana is a Ned's monstrous bastard, every night she turns to a monster. She was like this all her life. Everyone hates her, she has only her father. And now she ask him to kill her, because she can't stand it anymore, such hate. He's the only one who she can trust. So after all, Ned can't see his daughter's suffering anymore and he grants her last wish.
