She says the defendant threatened to have her arrested for stealing and then attempted to have her 16-year-old son fired from his job. She is suing her former employers for back wages and vacation pay. The defendants say they never threatened the plaintiff, only said she was going to “rock her world.” They believed they had many reasons to fire her, and they’re countersuing her for breach of contract because when she left their salon, she passed out fliers for her new salon in front of their business.
