In this video we overview the Hornady Lock-N-Load Comparator Body with Inserts & Anvil Base Kit by Hornady. This is a must have tool for determining the distance of your projectile to the lands of your rifling, as well as a few other uses. We measure the distance to the lands in our RPR with the 147 ELD-M to demonstrate the difference if we determine the proper seating depth with this tool or go with the SAMMI OAL, spoiler, it's big. We also use the Hornady OAL gauge and modified case to take these measurements.
