Many people often reduce hormones to something that only affects our reproductive system, but actually they work throughout the entire body, including the brain.

Our brain relies on balance, so it makes sense that when hormone levels fluctuate, they can affect how brain cells communicate with one another, which is why hormonal changes can influence symptoms for so many neurological conditions.
