Sadly, most people still can't understand that the horizon is NOT a place where "geometric surface of ball earth" curves but, a perspective phenomena. Others will claim they saw "the curve" from an airplane window, including the science teacher from my kid's old school. I don't waste my time arguing with fools but, taking a few minutes to show an educational video is not a big deal at all. It's never too late to learn simple things. Remember, we all experience our reality on LEVEL, water surface is LEVEL aka FLAT and this is why everyone's horizon will always be horizontal.
