Ok, I just realised you wanted the store's description, not my own interpretation! Guess I won't win, but here is the low down on Horace and Steve's secret identities:
Horace aka Monkey King, also known as Sun WuKong, is one of the best known Chinese Mythical character from the story Journey to the West. He was born from a large rock. A great fighter, he possesses great speed, strength, and magical abilities. Can transform himself into 72 different things. His weapon of choice is a golden cudgel (changeable sizes), and wears a golden headband (baller status) so his master can control him.

Steve aka Nezha is a god in the realms of Chinese Myths. He is usually known as a child figure and to be a bit mischievous sometimes. His usual mode of transportation is by riding on wheels of fire (talk about rims). He wears a golden hoop around his neck (like a rapper) and wields a spear (not like a rapper). A great fighter, he has fought against the Monkey King.
