The Ohio State University Police Division (OSUPD) gathered on National Peace Officers Memorial Day for a memorial service to honor those who have served and to rededicate the garden in front of Blankenship Hall to OSUPD Officer Michael Blankenship, who was killed in the line of duty in1997.
