In this video, I show you 9 Hongdian inks in my ink journal and we take a deep dive in looking at Hongdian Purple - with a full comparison panel and writing samples.
The inks included in this 9 ink study are:
Hongdian: Purple, Purplish Red, Gray, Red, Teal, Brown, Bluish Gray, Burly Wood, + Blackish Green.

As it turned out - my two favorites from this series are: purple and Blackish Green.
I found these inks on Amazon and on Ali Express ... Amazon seems to carry 60 ml bottles and some cartridges where on Ali Express I found 18 ml bottles. I have never ordered from Ali Express so I cannot say anything about that company.
Hopefully this will give you a bit of an introduction in case you have yet to try any of these inks!
