I love Luke, Lorelai and Rory’s dynamic, for me it’s what really makes up Gilmore Girls. I’ve been feeling like making cozier edits lately and had Honeybee by Olivia Rodrigo stuck in my head, so here you go! I added the lines before Rory tells Lorelai she’s pregnant near the end, because I do think Rory is hoping to find a similar dynamic to raise her own kid in, and connected that to the “here’s to hoping” line.
For some reason I really love edits that use Honeybee for something other than romantic relationships. It’s such a sweet song.
