Well,
I have had a new product this year simply blaze off the shelves, Hot Honey. Or as I call it, Flaming Bee Juice. In this video, I go through my process on how I make my Hot Honey. I started with a basic formula of 4 cups honey and 2-4 tablespoons of pepper. The exact ratio I use will not be included, as I worked through several trials and spent a good amount of time to work out this ratio. But, you can come up with your own ratio and have your very own Hot Honey.
PLEASE USE CAUTION WORKING WITH DRIED PEPPERS.
Items Needed:
Honey, Crushed Pepper (dried), 2 Pots, Digital Scale, Digital Temperature Probe, Hop Spider (Used to filter).
