Dinner recipes for the family don't get easier than this! Tender juicy baked chicken breasts glazed with honey and lemon.

Recipe: serves 4

4 chicken breasts
2 lemons, sliced
2 sprigs rosemary
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup water
salt & pepper to season

Place chicken breasts into baking dish, place over lemon slices, tuck in rosemary springs and pour over honey and water. Season and bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-35 minutes. Serve immediately.
