Wicked was one of the most popular movies of 2024. The first of a two-part movie based on the Broadway music of the same name, acting as a prequel to the iconic Wizard of Oz. This was a movie that I thought looked terrible from the trailers, and I was NOT looking forward to it at all. Eventually though, I gave in and watched the movie, and while I wouldn't call the movie a masterpiece like so many other people have, I'm surprised by how tolerable I found the movie to be.
