Hi everyone,
It's been only a few weeks since I purchased the Quince Italian Leather Soft Bucket Shoulder Bag, and I'm sad to report that the bag had started to already unravel and I sent it back.
I also had to send back a sweater I purchased a few months ago from them, because it ALSO started to unravel.
I've been buying their products since they were called Last Brand. And my love for their products grew more as they rebranded to Quince and started to many more products in the fashion category. But as companies do, as they grew with ambition, their quality started to slip, and as one of the many of their paying customers, I've started to notice this over many of their newer products. With this bag I'm taking a break from purchasing from them in the near future.
You may think I'm being unreasonable. The bag was "just $140", and the sweater was "just $50". Why am I being so difficult?
Take a pause and think for a minute, when was the last time you bought a bag, and it started to unravel within a month?
When was the last time you bought a sweater that started to unravel after wearing it 3 times?
It's not about the price point. It's about the quality. If better quality warrants higher price point, I would gladly pay for it.
I'm just done buying products that I have to frequently return because of the quality issues.
So for now, I'm saying bye.
Hope you've had a better experience buying from them, if you have shopped with them before. Otherwise, I would say proceed with caution if you were looking to buy something from them.
