Honda XLR250 RFVC Full Engine Restoration
In this video I completely rebuild the XLR250 RFVC engine from the ground up.
This engine was old and worn-out, so I restored everything to factory-fresh condition.

🔧 Work done in this restoration:

Brand new main bearings & countershaft bearings

All new oil seals

New clutch plates installed

Cylinder rebored and fitted for the new piston

Complete sandblasting & fresh high-temperature paint

Full engine reassembly with proper torque & clearances

Final engine start-up after the restoration
