This is the way I've configured a pair of Honda EU2000i inverter generators. These units are very quiet (as far as generators go) and easily portable. I've added auxiliary fuel tanks for extended run time, a GenTran parallel kit to link the generators together, a weather resistant enclosure and a GenTran power inlet box. An APC UTS6H six circuit universal transfer switch and a UPS complete the connection into the house.
