In this third episode of HOMESTRETCH, anchor Pat Gregorio talks to Josie Querimit and Rod Januario two of the staff working behind the UP Fighting Maroons. Querimit has been with the UP College of Human Kinetics since 1976 as administrative staff. Januario was with the college since the 1970s he has since retired, but is still well-loved by the community.
This episode also features the UP Mens Basketball Team when they competed in Keelung, Taiwan for the 2024 Interleague Play in preparation for the new basketball season in the UAAP. Gregorio talks to the team members, as well as UP Office of Athletics and Sports Development Director Bo Perasol.
