What can a hobby farmer grow in Swedish Lapland where temperatures can drop below -40 degrees?
Well there's a special colour coded app that will tell you what grows and what doesn't.

We're visiting our friend Lars Munk, who tries to live sustainably with his family on their land near Pajala with cows, goats and their own reindeer herd managed by the local Sami people.

Lars talks us through his cold smoker, cutting room and green house where he is growing tobacco.
